Welcome to information about how the District is run and operated. Here you will find the Rules and Regulations, Policies and Procedures Manual and other items of the District.

Those items labeled "PROPOSED DRAFT" have not yet been approved by the Board. They are scheduled to be discussed and subject to approvals at the February 15, 2017 Regular Meeting of the Board. Your input and suggestions are welcomed.

AUDIT 2016

An audit was completed and approved on 11-19-2016 after a public hearing for the period ending 6/30/2014. which includes half of 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011 and 2010.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

The District's meetings are conducted under the laws of California, the Brown Act, the District's Rules and Regulations and Policies and Procedures.

ROSENBERG'S RULES OF ORDER

Except as otherwise provided herein, the rules of order governing the conduct of business at all meetings of the District shall guided by be the latest edition of Rosenberg’s Rules of Order.

DISTRICT STRATEGIC PLAN

Here you will find the District's Strategic Plan which was developed during the summer of 2014. It is a guideline to the District's future plans and projects.
