In October 2001, Plumas Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) completed a service review of the Eastern Plumas Recreation District (EPRD).  These studies are supposed to be completed every five years.  Find that study attached below for your review.

Email sent to LAFCO noting the changes that are needed to the 2017 SOI Report.  They may not be made until the next report due in 2022.  But they are noted in this document for future reference.
