The mission of the Eastern Plumas Recreation District is to provide, promote, encourage, and sustain diverse recreational opportunities for all ages through quality facilities, outdoor programs, community partnerships, youth engagement, environmental stewardship, and educational experiences that strengthen our communities and improve quality of life.
