Rosenberg’s Rules of Parliamentary Procedure/Order shall be used as a guide.Rosenberg’s Rules of Order shall govern all meetings insofar as rules do not conflict with the adopted Rules and Regulation.
Eastern Plumas Recreation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
