In 2010, the Eastern Plumas Recreation District and the State of Calfiornia's Eureka State Park, partnered to keep Historic Downhill Skiing and Longboard History alive and well in Plumas County.  The attached contract between the EPRD District and the State Park sets out the Agreement where the District oversees all improvements to the Intorf Lodge, the Ski Bowl area and oversees Wintertime Events at the Park.
